1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the Bwatoo website and apps, published by Boti & Partners LLC. By creating an account, you accept them.
2. The service
Bwatoo connects buyers and sellers. Bwatoo is neither the seller, nor the buyer, nor the carrier: the sale is made directly between members, and payment is made on delivery. Bwatoo does not collect the price of sales and never holds funds.
3. Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
- An account is created with a phone number or an email address. The number must be verified to publish a listing.
- You are responsible for your access. Never share your codes.
4. Listings
- A listing describes a real item or service that you have the right to sell, at the right price, in the right category.
- Writing a phone number or an email address in a listing is forbidden.
- Forbidden items include: weapons and ammunition, drugs, prescription medicines, protected wildlife and wildlife products, forged documents, counterfeits, adult content.
- Bwatoo may refuse, suspend or remove a listing that breaks these rules, and suspend the account concerned.
- A listing stays online for 60 days and can be renewed.
5. Paid services
Visibility options and Pro and Business subscriptions are described on each country's pricing page, in the country's currency. A subscription paid by card renews automatically and can be cancelled at any time. A subscription paid by mobile money does not renew automatically.
6. Delivery
Delivery is provided by a separate partner platform under its own terms. The courier is an independent professional.
7. Liability
Bwatoo checks listings carefully but does not guarantee the items sold. If a dispute arises between members, Bwatoo can help settle it thanks to the history of exchanges.
